Dr. Bunin can now correct a wide variety of so-called "permanent" dental problems:
- Missing teeth, gaps between teeth, general bite dysfunction
- Chipped, cracked or worn teeth
- Unsightly, stained, or washed-out fillings
- Permanently stained or discolored teeth
- Crooked or crowded teeth
Initial Appointment
Your initial appointment will consist of Dr. Bunin listening to your chief concerns, reviewing your medical and dental history followed by a complete dental examination, including any necessary radiographs. In most cases, a second appointment is scheduled for your consultation. In this way Dr. Bunin can carefully analyze your particular case, on his time, and be prepared to thoroughly explain your diagnosis and treatment options to you. Also present during the consultation is our practice administrator. She will present the estimated fee for service and discuss payment arrangements with you.

Reason for the appointment.
Who we may thank for your referral.
If and when any X-rays were taken.
If you have a history of MVP, rheumatic fever, artificial heart valves and/or joints.
If you have medical or dental insurance.
Financial and Insurance Information
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
Scheduling
Dr. Bunin is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. with the exception of Thursday, when he teaches at Albert Einstein Medical Center. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you are having a true dental emergency, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
